






We partnered with Cumberland Carers to create a brand and communications approach that reflects their mission of warmth, dignity, and practical support.
Working closely with their team and carers, we developed a bright, welcoming brand identity aligned with the People First family, supported by clear, human‑centred messaging that speaks to real caring roles and encourages early access to support.
We delivered a full launch rollout — brand identity, messaging framework, tone of voice, stakeholder mapping, website content, social assets, press materials, and printed resources — plus a 12‑month communications plan to guide their team beyond launch.
The result is a cohesive, community‑rooted brand that positions Cumberland Carers as a trusted, approachable service for families across the region.
